What types of products does Skinmed offer?
Skinmed specialises in high-quality skincare products designed to improve skin health, hydration, and overall appearance. Our range includes cleansers, toners, serums, moisturisers, sunscreens, exfoliators, and targeted treatments formulated for all skin types, including sensitive, oily, dry, and combination skin.
Are Skinmed products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All Skinmed products are developed in compliance with dermatological safety standards and undergo quality assurance testing to ensure they are safe, effective, and suitable for daily use.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Skinmed does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of its products. Many of our items are vegan-friendly, meaning they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. Please refer to each product description for details.
How can I determine which product is right for my skin type?
Each product page includes a detailed description of its ingredients, benefits, and recommended skin types. You may also consult our “Skin Guide” section for recommendations. If you are uncertain, contact our support team at useskinmed@gmail.com for guidance.
Are Skinmed products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Many of our formulations are developed specifically for sensitive skin and are free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and alcohol. However, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
How should I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin, such as the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours to check for any signs of irritation or allergic reaction. If any discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.
How do I place an order on the website?
To make a purchase, simply browse our catalogue, select the desired product, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment and delivery information.
What payment methods are accepted?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 6–9 business days. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance or logistical circumstances beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment status.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt at useskinmed@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will provide instructions for exchange or refund.
Do you offer refunds or returns?

Can I return used products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Skinmed delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping network to other regions in the near future.
Are there customs fees or import duties?
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the UK in the future, additional import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at useskinmed@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with our delivery partners and provide an appropriate resolution.
